At the New Berlin Ambulance Service, our mission is to provide exemplary emergency medical care and pre-hospital services with unwavering commitment and compassion. COVERAGE AREA

The New Berlin Ambulance Service is a village-based EMS service and provides 911 coverage to the Village of New Berlin, Town of New Berlin, and the Town of Columbus (mirroring the New Berlin Fire District). We also provide mutual aid to South New Berlin, Pittsfield, Edmeston, Morris, Sherburne, Guilford, Town of Norwich, and Southeastern Madison County. We maintain a close partnership with our neighboring agencies and the Chenango County Office of Emergency Services.
